Tasmania is hosting the Australian Orienteering Championships in April 2026. The carnival will include Sprint Distance, Middle Distance, Long Distance and Relay championships. This event will double as the Australian 3 Day Championships. The carnival will be held in Northern Tasmania and will feature two new areas for the Middle Distance and the Sprint.
Stay on for the Hobart Shorts, Tasmanian Sprint Distance and Middle Distance Championships in the Hobart area over Thursday April 9 to Sunday April 12 thus finishing your Tassie orienteering adventure with the intense navigation challenge of the updated Pittwater Dunes East map near Hobart Airport.
