Tasmania is hosting the Australian Orienteering Championships in April 2026. The carnival will include Sprint Distance, Middle Distance, Long Distance and Relay championships.

This event will double as the Australian 3 Day Championships.

The carnival will be held in Northern Tasmania and will feature two new areas for the Middle distance and the Sprint. 

And why not stay on for some high class local events on the 11 April (Two sprint events in Hobart, including the Tasmanian Sprint Championships) and the 12 April (Tasmanian Middle Distance Championships at Pittwater Dunes)
